No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy (Only in Case of Size Issue or Defective Product)

We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

● Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
● Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
● Exchange is allowed only once per order

Exchange Process

  1. The customer must courier the product back to our provided address at their own cost
  2. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the exchanged item
  3. The customer must pay a ₹55 courier charge for sending the replacement product

Non-Eligible Cases

● Used, washed, or damaged items
● Requests made after 3 days of delivery
● Products without original tags/packaging

Important Note

Exchange will be processed only after we receive the original product.
